If you're unhappy with your purchase, you have 14 days to return it back to us, just contact us at Hello@saintsandseekers.com to arrange this. 

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Sadly we're unable to refund any postage costs unless the item is faulty.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer a refund of exchange on earrings unless faulty. We try to make our product descriptions and images as clear and accurate as possible, so please be sure before purchasing. UK delivery is £3 for orders under £40 and free for orders over £40 and takes 3-5 working days.

Express delivery is available for £7 and takes 1-3 days.

International delivery options are available at the checkout, prices start at £7 depending on your location.
